1. Is it possible to Customized Special Magentic Grade?
Yes, no problem. Just tell us your details on requirrments. We have engineer to study it. To server for your sepcial using.
2. What is your max. size for magnet?
Up to current molds:
Block: F300 mm X100mmX30mm;
Round: D300mm Xd200 mm X30mm. It is not only this, we can do more, as per your requests.
3. Could you do some special coating ?
Yes, Normally 99.9% of the coating we all can do, the others need to confirm with our coating factory first, then reply you in 24 hours.
4. Which testing are you doing?
Regarding the testing, we follow up customers’ requirements.
Use the following equipments:
- Magnet Properties Testing;
- X-RAY Thickness Tester;
- Salt Spray Instrument;
- PCT Test-Box;
- Electrothermal Aging Test Box, etc.
5. What about the Package?
we have two packages:
- Air package: Magnetic isolation package(use iron or steel to make magnetic isolation).
- Sea shipping package: Same package with Air package, just no need magnetic isolation. All use carton, wood pallet or wood case. 3. Inside package is up to customers’ requests.
6. Could you accept RMB for payment?
We can accept RMB, USD, EURO ETC. All can do.
Also accept paypal, Western Union, Swift, pingpong, Xtransfer,etc.
7. Could you assemble the magnets as per the drawing?
Yes, We can do. Before assemble, we will provide one assembling drawing for customer comfirmation first. If ok, we will move forward.
8. How to customize own magnetic circuits?
1) clear know what you need，like the Gauss requirements, size, material.
2) Know your magnetic products will be working in which environments,temperatures, then we can make sure to choose a suitable coating or need extra covers.
3) How to shipping, choose a good Package packing.
